
Meditation and
Journaling

Journaling is an excellent way to hold space for our inner voice. A regular journaling practice keeps us better in touch with our goals and desires, and can shed light on the unconscious narratives that hold us back.
This freely offered class will begin with a meditation to help us ground our bodies and get clear on what's in our minds and hearts, followed by a period of quiet contemplation through the practice of free writing. Participants will be given space to share their reflections if they
feel so compelled, though it's not expected nor required.
Paper and writing utensils will be available as needed.
