Hot Stone Restorative Yoga
re·stor·a·tive: having the power to restore: a restorative tonic. A medicine or other agent that helps to restore health, strength, or consciousness.
Restorative yoga utilizes props to deeply support the body, allowing you to hold poses longer and aiding the body in releasing tension at its own natural pace. The ancient healing art of stone therapy relaxes the body at its deepest level and is effective in creating harmony and balanced energy flow. The subtle energies of stones introduced into a treatment are known to promote a meditative state of quietude and calm. Restorative practice coupled with stone therapy is ideal for anybody experiencing stress, recovering from injury, or seeking deep relaxation. This workshop will leave each student feeling nourished, well-rested, and re-energized.
Join practitioners Gaby Goldberg (Gaby G Massage + Yoga) and Sasha Finnell (Homebody Massage + Yoga) for this nourishing workshop.
