Heal yourself from the inside! In this five week series, we will explore essential organ systems of the body, including the kidneys, liver, spleen, lungs, and the heart. Based on Chinese medicine theory, each organ system can be linked to specific physical, mental and emotional qualities.
Each week we will learn the qualities of one of the organ systems and then practice yoga poses and breath techniques that energize and balance. You will leave with tools and techniques to give yourself a boost when you need it!
