Hatha Yoga Practice
Yoga means unity of mind, body, heart, breath and spirit. It is the union of the individual consciousness with the Infinite Consciousness. In this class you will learn Hatha Yoga, Meditation Yoga techniques to help prepare you for Meditation.
This 2 hour class will include a gentle Hatha Meditation Yoga practice that will help you balance your Sun/Moon energies as well as your chakras. Nitin will also share some Yoga Nidra & Meditation techniques and leave space to practice them.
This class is suitable for all levels. Open to the strength of self and others, community and unity with all, the 5 elements, nature and the universe, poetic vision and creativity in motion, balance, breath, love, joy, peace and giving and sharing this practice with others.
This extended practice will be held in-person at the Chace Mill.
