Cara is a psychotherapist and yoga teacher. She brings her experience as a mental health professional by teaching each class in a manner that is sensitive to participants who may have experienced trauma, creating a safe space for nonjudgmental self-exploration. Cara has a particular interest in using yoga as a tool for mood balance and improving emotional and mental health and well-being.
Paula is a 200 hour certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher as well as a fourth grade public school teacher. By integrating loving-kindness into her practice, she hopes to bring students to a deeper understanding and appreciation for themselves and each other.
