20 Minute Yin Yoga Practice

Studio Owner Emily Garrett walks you through a 20 minute Yin Yoga practice. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes each to allow the body to fully release and to allow time for the practitioner to practice observing, without judgment, the rise and fall of sensation in the body.
