Cara is a psychotherapist and yoga teacher. She brings her experience as a mental health professional by teaching each class in a manner that is sensitive to participants who may have experienced trauma, creating a safe space for nonjudgmental self-exploration. Cara has a particular interest in using yoga as a tool for mood balance and improving emotional and mental health and well-being.
Yoga makes me a better person. I am a nurturer at heart so I am always giving. Practicing and teaching yoga allows me to take time to refill my cup and help others do the same.
Kristen feels she will always be a student of the practice and strives to teach classes that enable students to feel grounded, balanced, and more connected to their breath and body on and off the mat.
Paula is a 200 hour certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher as well as a fourth grade public school teacher. By integrating loving-kindness into her practice, she hopes to bring students to a deeper understanding and appreciation for themselves and each other.
Passionate about inspiring positive change, Tina’s intention as a yoga teacher is to help her students find the calm in the midst of their busy lives, reconnect with their deeper self through mindful movement and reflection, and become gentle res ponders to life’s circumstances.
