Grace first came to yoga in response to physical injuries and a mild traumatic brain injury.
After landing in Vermont, Grace took the plunge with Laughing River Yoga’s Teacher Training program, and has since completed 500+ hours of certification.
She has also trained with the Love Your Brain Foundation and Veteran’s Yoga Project, and seeks to bring these practices to a diverse range of people.
In class, Grace works to hold space for practitioners to explore their unique practice through each moment, and hopes to offer some guidance along the way.
Yoga may begin for many on the mat, but the work continues on through the practice of life.
