Free your Soles: Working With the Feet

This workshop will be held in-person at the Chace Mill.
In this workshop you will discover just how deeply our feet are the foundation of our body. We will begin with some basic anatomy of the feet, self reflexology and then begin to root our feet more deeply on the mat/earth through different poses, rolling on a tennis ball, walking, standing and yoga poses that will reawaken our foundation.
After a long winter in socks & boots this workshop will renew our ‘soles’ and help us stride into spring, connecting with the feet first.
This workshop counts as 2 workshop hrs for those in the 300 hr training
