We’re honored to have Austin Moulton as part of our yoga studio community as he begins his yoga journey. Austin is our currently featured student. Here’s a little about why we think he’s so special. Austin participated in an interview we conducted to get to know him better and here’s what we learned (see below). Thank you, Austin, for being you!
1 )How long have you been practicing yoga?
I have been practicing yoga for 3 months and I love it.
2) Why do you practice yoga?
I practice yoga so I can be the best me I can be and give kindness. I practice to be in the now and to learn to let go.
3) Why is Laughing River Yoga your studio of choice?
I think Laughing River Yoga has some of the best yoga teachers. I also love the river and trees I see out side their windows. There’s a vegan cafe next door and I totally support that.
4) What do you do when you’re not doing yoga?
When I’m not doing yoga I love being outside, running, hiking, gardening, cooking and going on walks.
5) What is your favorite hobby, food, or art?
My favorite hobby is cooking vegan food and looking for new recipes to try.<
