Practice
In this two-hour workshop, we will explore advanced yoga asanas and techniques. This workshop will include a progression of Ghosh lineage asanas that are part of the 84-pose sequence. We will also practice deep relaxation, breathwork, and meditation from Tantric Hatha Yoga lineages.
This Extended Practice will leave practitioners energized and balanced in their physical and energetic bodies. This practice suits yoga students who have an established yoga practice and are comfortable with inversions, deep backbending poses, and expansive physical and energetic practices.
This workshop will be held in-person at the Chace Mill.
