Embodied Slow-Flow Yoga: 9-Week Series

Drop below your thinking mind into your feeling body. Each class will begin with a slow, mindful exploration of body, movement, and breath. From this embodied awareness you will be guided to find your expression of postures that meet you as you are. New possibilities can then arise with acceptance, ease and presence. 

Students are welcome to attend the whole series or drop in for classes.
