Deep Winter Yin: 4-Week Series
Join Kate for her Deep Winter Yin series this January. Winter is the most potent yin season of the year and we will practice holding space for this in our bodies and nervous systems.
Classes are designed to nourish the kidney and bladder meridians, or energy pathways, as these organs are associated with Winter. Yin practice invites us to slow down, draw inward, listen, soften, and yield. This offering will prepare the body for deep Winter sleep.
