Pam’s classes integrate nourishing restorative and yin poses with meditation and inquiry prompts to invite students to turn inward, be still, and listen deeply. Her intention as a teacher is to create a safe, sacred space for a journey of self-exploration. She guides you to gently tend to your body, mind, and heart and welcome what you discover with compassion and grace.
