Grace first came to yoga after a mild traumatic brain injury, and has since incorporated the practice into every facet of her life.
Since relocating to Vermont, Grace completed a 200-hour training at Laughing River, and has received additional training with the Love Your Brain Foundation and Veterans Yoga Project. She believes the practice of yoga is a lifelong practice, and insights gained on the mat can translate into the practice of daily life. Grace is also a snowboard coach, avid mountain biker, and enjoys exploring the Green Mountains at every opportunity.
In class, Grace recognizes that the practice of yoga is unique to each person each day, and works to create an environment of lighthearted self-inquiry. She is looking forward to exploring the practice with you!
