Join Ashley Hodgetts, a trauma-informed breath work facilitator, for a meditative breath session that focuses on self-connection, self-attunement and transformation.
We will start our session with a quick introduction before moving into a 40-50 minute breath work session. We will leave time at the end to reflect, share, and connect. Expect to feel grounded, empowered and expansive.
