FAMILY YOGA 
Family Yoga is for children ages 3-12 and their parents.  This class creates an opportunity for each person to connect with their own strength, calm, wisdom, and create vitality while we bond as a group and you experience quality loving moments as a family. Be prepared to sing, dance, move, and freeze as we explore the many layers of our body, mind, and heart and let our spirit soar.  Students of all ages will learn appropriate breath techniques, postures, and meditations that enhance energy and wellbeing.

Dates: February 05, 2011 — March 12, 2011 (6 Saturday afternoons) 
Time: 1:15- 2 pm
Place: Laughing River Yoga
Fee: $60 for 2 adults and 1 child, $30 per each additional child (Family Yoga is only offered as a 6 week session).

Start off the holidays with a relaxed body and a centered mind.  Join Jane Jarecki Lanza Friday morning (12/24) 10-11:30 am for a rejuvenating and heart opening Christmas Eve yoga class.  This will be the only class offered Christmas Eve.

Life Force Yoga four week series

January 18-February 8,2011

Balance Your Moods with LifeForce Yoga®: A compassionate guide for dealing  with anxiety and depression. 

LifeForce Yoga is a practice that is intentionally designed to help with mood management through breath work, simple postures, and meditation techniques. In this 4 week series you will learn practices to energize and reduce feelings of depression and to calm and reduce anxiety.

LifeForce Yoga is a practice of compassion. It helps us to become less ‘stuck’ in our moods and to cultivate a greater sense of self awareness and self acceptance. Through these simple yet profound techniques we will work to create the space within to feel our essence of connection and wholeness.  LifeForce Yoga is adapted to the student, so each individual can move into a balanced emotional, mental, and physical state of equanimity and well being.  This practice is perfect for beginners and for those who have done Yoga before.

Tuesdays 4:30-5:30. $40 for all four.

Draw on your intuition and spontaneity as you move through postures with breath and music as your guides.  Music will range from upbeat to ambient, trance, and downtempo grooves.  Experience MUSIC, DANCE and LIBERATION at Groove Yoga, every Friday night beginning the week of Jan 18th, 2011, at Laughing River Yoga.
