Yoga for Beginners

This six week series offers a friendly, informative introduction to yoga.  We will review basic postures and breath techniques in a fun, non-competitive environment.  Great for beginners and those who simply want a more gentle, slower class. $60 for all six or drop-in at the regular class rate.
