It’s hard to believe that September is almost here.  There are so many good things happening.  The sun has been endless.  Veggies are growing tall.  Tate is waving.  And most and best, I am delighted to announce the birth of Laughing River Yoga.

Laughing River Yoga is scheduled to open October 1 in the Chace Mill Burlington.  A completely new yoga space, it will be located downstairs, river side.  Jane Jarecki Lanza, Sofi Dillof and I have been working hard to create our new yoga home. We are very excited to share this beautiful space with you and for all the great yoga that is going to happen there.  We have already scheduled some amazing workshops and mini-retreats for the fall and into the winter and hope to have the full schedule out by September 1.

Emily Garrett decided to open a yoga studio… I knew I wanted to be a part of it.  I’m happy Emily asked Sofi Dillof and me to be involved.  What feels seamlessly, we’ve become the co-creators and co-founders…Laughing River Yoga is born!

Laughing River Yoga is set to open October 4th, 2010 in the Chace Mill, Burlington, VT- ground level, riverside.

Through Yoga I understand that life is constant flux.  The energy within us and around us is ever-changing.  Through the yoga postures and meditation we can create balance and alignment.  Through practice we develop clarity, openness, and trust.

May we evolve in our own natural ways and let the river carry us.

LOVE
NAMASTE
SHANTI AUM,
Jane
